Centric Suite Sociaal Domein integration
A long-in-preparation update is the integration with the Centric Suite for the Social Domain. A separate news article covers this in more detail. We have built a connection with Centric's new API platform, allowing data to be retrieved and written efficiently from within the Montr app. By entering a client number, the underlying client data can be fetched with a single tap when creating a new client record. For many of our customers this saves hours of manual work per employee per month.
Create an inspection directly from client details
A significant optimisation was also released at the end of 2024: when entering client details, an inspection can now be created immediately. Previously, a client had to be created first, with the inspection as a separate second step. That extra step is now gone.
Colleague signature field
When two employees need to sign a report at completion, the second colleague's name previously had to be entered manually. This has now been improved - the colleague's name can be selected directly in the signature field.
Admin environment improvements
Several improvements have been made to the admin environment. The most significant is that functional roles can now be assigned to admin accounts. For example, a quality assurance employee can be given access only to questionnaire management, while an administrative employee can be given access only to creating new inspections.
The completed inspections overview for administrators was also not always easy to navigate. A search function has been added, and the employee's name is now shown on each completed inspection, making it immediately clear where to find a particular report. Search is also now case-insensitive.
Finally, significant maintenance was carried out in November on the underlying code libraries for both the admin environment and the reporting app, along with a number of smaller bug fixes and optimisations.
