In this article, you will find the five most important tips to help you work with the application smoothly from day one. These tips will make your work faster, easier, and more organized.
1. Easy documentation with photos
Adding photos to a report is often very valuable. By using the app, you can quickly and easily add photos to the report.
For each question, there is an option to add a photo. To do so, press the photo button.
You will then be given the choice to take a photo or add an existing file or photo to the question.
2. Use dictation instead of typing
Dictating is much faster than typing text. This works very well in everyday practice. The (spoken) input language is set to English by default. Press the microphone and start speaking. Have you finished speaking? Then press the microphone again.
â
You can also have the question read aloud in one of 76 languages. The default language is Dutch. However, if you want the question to be read aloud in Polish, first select the language and then press the speaker icon.
You can also have someone explain something and record it in their native language. Select the language, activate the microphone, and have someone say something. This will then be transcribed in their own language (you can also enter it manually using the keyboard) and you can then have this text translated into Dutch using the translation button.
3. Where can you find an overview of recent surveys?
You can filter by period. The app remembers your last selection for the period. This is useful if, for example, you only want to see the studies from the past week in your study list.
4. What happens after completing the report?
After the report is completed, you will return to the overview of investigations (the worklist). The study now has a different status: âDoneâ in green.
If you open it again, you will return to the overview with the various options at the top for how to proceed with the investigation:
'Re-open' - in case you need to perform a survey again.
âDownload photosâ - all attached photos from the questionnaire as a âseparateâ file.
âDownload reportâ - to save the PDF result of the completed survey.
Advanced download and generation options are only available with special permission:
âDownload Word reportâ - if configured.
âDownload partial reportâ - PDF of only one section of the questionnaire.
âSelect calculationâ - if a calculation module has been used in the questionnaire.
'Recreate report' - if changes have been made.
5. Password management
The username is also case sensitive. Sometimes the browser automatically capitalizes it without you noticing. You will then receive an error message when logging in.
The second point to note concerns the automatic filling in of passwords. Sometimes, the password you have entered is automatically corrected.
You can easily check the password you have entered by clicking on the âeyeâ icon to the right of the input field.
If you enter an incorrect password five times in a row, the account will be blocked for five minutes. Unfortunately, we cannot lift this block for you.
It is therefore important that you first check the above points when you receive an error message. We also recommend that you always save your password in a password manager. Of course, we can also activate the âsingle sign-onâ option, which allows you to log in to the application with your work account. Please contact the application administrator for this.
