Anyone who conducts investigations using open text questions in their daily work. The speech-to-text feature significantly speeds up the work process, eliminating the need for time-consuming typing.

Each text response can be dictated in one of 76 languages, which really helps with communication. You can dictate the response in the other person's language and then translate it into English.

With the speech-to-text transcription feature, you can save your response in seconds. Simply click on the microphone icon and start dictating your response. When you are finished speaking, click on the microphone icon again.

The default language is Dutch. If you wish, you can ask someone to explain something in their native language. Select the language from the list, click on the microphone icon, and ask someone to record something. This will then be saved in the selected language, and you can translate it into Dutch using the translation button. The translation is visible in the answer preview in the “Wrap up” section and in the final PDF report.

Of course, you can always edit the displayed text if a word has been used incorrectly or if you want to add something.
