Who is this feature for?
For anyone who conducts investigations using open text questions in their daily work. Thanks to the text translation and text-to-speech conversion (reading questions aloud) features, users don't have to worry about language barriers.
The app offers 76 languages to choose from. The ability to read questions aloud significantly improves communication, allowing the respondent to better understand the question and thus provide a more relevant answer. Each text answer can be translated, so the reports contain a complete documentation of the original answer with translation. This allows the person reviewing the report to focus on analyzing the answers and save time on manual translation.
How to use it?
The default language is Dutch. You can translate answers to any of 76 languages. Select the language from the list, click on the translate icon.
Then the text-to-speech feature allows you to read aloud any question and text answer. Simply click on the speaker icon and wait for the audio to appear.
The user can play the audio, adjust the playback speed (slow down or speed up), loop, and download.
The translation is visible in the example answer in the “Wrap up” section and in the final PDF report.
