Available backoffice integrations

Integrations with your existing data backoffice systems

The amount of data that needs to be recorded during investigations is increasing continuously. That is why, within the Report-X App, we are focusing on smart integrations with existing back-office systems.

Instead of manually entering data, employees can retrieve client data with a single action using a client number. This data is automatically populated in the investigation or when creating an inspection target.

We offer integrations with several widely used solutions within municipalities. Depending on your situation, the integration can be tailored to your existing infrastructure and workflows.

Haal Centraal BRP

Direct access to official government data from the source

This integration is designed for municipalities that want to work with official, up-to-date personal data directly from national registries. With Haal Centraal BRP, applications can retrieve personal data directly from the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) - the official Dutch population register. Instead of relying on locally stored copies, data is fetched real-time from the source system.

Key value:

  • Data is retrieved directly from national registries, not local databases

  • Lower risk of outdated or inconsistent information

  • Supports data standardization across systems

In daily use in Montr Report-X App, the process is simple:

  • User enters a client number (e.g. BSN or identifier depending on setup)

  • The system queries the BRP

  • Personal data is automatically filled into the application

Centric Social Domein

Integrated client data from municipal social domain systems

This integration is ideal for municipalities already working with Centric solutions in the social domain (e.g. Wmo, Youth Care, Work & Income). The Centric Social Domain platform connects multiple systems into one integrated client view, supporting case management, service delivery, and administration.

Key value:

  • Access to rich client data

  • Data comes from operational systems used daily by municipalities

In practice:

  • User enters a client number or identifier

  • The system retrieves data from Centric backoffice systems

  • Fields are automatically populated with:

    • personal data

    • possibly additional contextual data (depending on setup)

Pink Roccade iConnect

Flexible integration layer connecting multiple systems

This integration is designed for municipalities that use Pink Roccade infrastructure and want a flexible, scalable integration layer across multiple systems. iConnect is not a single data source, but an integration platform that connects various systems, APIs, and national services. It enables secure and standardized data exchange across the municipal IT landscape.

Key value:

  • Works as a central integration hub

  • Supports multiple data sources and standards (APIs, legacy systems)

From the user perspective, the experience remains simple:

  • User enters a client number

  • iConnect routes the request to the correct underlying system

  • Data is retrieved and automatically filled in the application
