We’ve updated the Emergency Button Backoffice to make daily management faster, easier, and more intuitive. At the same time, this update lays a solid foundation for future improvements.
The update focuses on improving the experience of managing users, devices, and tenant settings, with significantly faster performance and a redesigned interface. The goal of this update was not to change your way of working, but to make everyday tasks smoother and prepare the platform for future enhancements.
The new Backoffice is designed for every tenant administrator involved in managing users and devices for the Emergency Button application - from operational teams to administrators and decision makers.

Manage users regularly
Managing users is now more intuitive, with a refreshed interface designed to support daily administrative tasks more efficiently. Whether creating, reviewing, or updating users, the experience has been simplified and made more user-friendly.
Monitor devices and user activity
The new Devices overview provides quicker access to device information and status, making it easy to check every device (emergency buttons) details but also get an overview of all devices within your tenant by accessing the dashboard.
Work across multiple tenants or departments
Improved search and table performance help you find information faster, even in larger environments. You can easily access all tenants assigned in a structured table.
Need a more efficient daily workflow
The updated interface is designed to reduce clicks, improve orientation, and simplify recurring actions. Pages and tables respond significantly faster - with most tables loading in under 1 second.
You can now contact support any time, directly through the in-app messenger, making it easier to get assistance without leaving the Backoffice.
Value accessibility and usability
The main menu is now located at the top of the page, helping create a clearer and more consistent workspace.
You can now also switch between light and dark mode, depending on your preference.
