This summary provides a clear overview of how the emergency button is being used within the department, helping managers identify issues, encourage good practices, and support teams where needed.
Who is this feature for?
This feature is designed for department managers and team leads responsible for employee safety.
The quarterly overview helps answer questions such as:
Are all users actively using the emergency button?
When did employees last log in?
Are regular test alarms being completed?
Have there been any alarms triggered in the past quarter?
Which users may need additional support or reminders?
For managers, this creates greater visibility into actual usage, without needing to manually check individual users.
The overview supports:
Improved safety awareness within teams
Monitoring adoption and engagement
Encouraging regular test alarms and good safety habits
Early identification of inactive users or potential blockers
Ultimately, it helps ensure that emergency buttons are not only available - but also actively tested and ready when needed.
How does it work in daily practice?
Every quarter, on the first day of each quarter, managers receive an email summary containing:
The total number of users within the department, listed by name
The most recent login date and time per user
The latest completed test alarm date and time per user
A detailed overview of all alarms and test alarms triggered during the quarter (including time and location details)
The summary is designed to provide quick insights at a glance, while also allowing managers to spot trends and follow up where needed.
No additional action is required from users - the overview is generated automatically based on existing activity within the platform. This makes it easy to strengthen safety monitoring while keeping administration efforts low.
