Sometimes it can be useful to rebooting the IoT Emergency Button. For example, to 'reset' the mobile network connection. You can do this yourself, or sometimes we may ask you to do it.
It is very simple:
- Press and hold the button. When you press it, you will hear the first beep.
- Keep holding the button. After 5 seconds, you will hear the second beep.
- After holding the button for 10 seconds, you will hear the third beep.
- Keep holding the button. After 15 seconds, the red lights will start flashing. You can now release the button.
- You will then hear a double beep.
- Wait until the lights return to flashing blue/green normally every second.
The Emergency Button has now restarted. Very simple.
