November brought several new features alongside the usual smaller optimisations and bug fixes, all focused on better supporting users.
In-app chat
A chat icon is now shown in the bottom right of every page in the web environment and iPad version. Tapping it opens the chat window, which also shows links to the Help Center.

Help Center
The Help Center contains short descriptions of virtually all steps and features in the app, and will continue to be expanded. Users can go there for updates and practical questions:

Automated product tour
New users can now be guided through the app step by step via an automatic product tour.
Product tours can also be created on request and tailored to a specific organisation.
