If multiple questionnaires need to be completed for a specific address, they can be set up one after another in just a few steps.
The "Continue" button is the tool for this - see the screenshot below:
Follow these steps:
1. Create the first report (for example, the Informed Consent).
2. Tap "Continue". An option to create an identical report will appear.
3. Select a different questionnaire and tap "Create report" - you now have a second questionnaire ready for the same address.
Simple - two taps and you're done.
