It is possible to reassign an inspection that has already been started or completed to a different colleague.
The application administrator and project administrators can reassign an inspection to another colleague. Regular users without these permissions cannot do this.
To reassign an inspection, open it, go to the summary, and select "Reassign adviser".
A list of colleagues will appear. Select the colleague who will take over the inspection and tap "Reassign adviser" to confirm.
Both the colleague whose inspection has been reassigned and the colleague taking it over will receive an email notification about the change.
Note that inspections with the "third-party approval" option enabled cannot be reassigned to another colleague. The same applies to reports with the "video consultation" option enabled.
If the option to reassign a report is not visible, check the project settings to confirm you are listed as a project administrator.
