Speech to text - text to speech!

The app includes extensive speech and text features - questions can be read aloud, and speech can be converted to text. Both Dutch and a wide range of other languages are supported.

Reading questions aloud

You can have any question read aloud in one of the supported languages. The default language is Dutch. To hear a question in Polish, for example, first select the language (purple arrow in the screenshot below), then tap the read-aloud button (blue arrow).

Recording speech in another language

You can also let someone respond in their own language. Select the language (purple arrow), activate the microphone (red arrow), and let them speak. Their speech will be transcribed in that language - you can also type it in manually if preferred - and then translated into Dutch using the translation button (green).

You can of course also dictate responses yourself and have them converted to text.
