Project administrators (as well as the application administrator) can download management reports. Three report types are available:
Inspections per employee - an overview per project, including throughput time, inspection status, and more.
All inspections - a cumulative overview of all inspections: total number started, completed, and rejected; total per questionnaire; user ratings; and more.
Totals per questionnaire - an overview of the multiple-choice answers for each individual questionnaire, with a summary of cumulative totals per question.
Project administrators will find the "Management reports" option in the left navigation bar:

The Summary tab shows the cumulative results:
Note that inspections which have been deleted from the application are not included in these reports. An update is currently in development that will retain anonymised data after deletion - containing no personal or sensitive information - so that relevant background data remains available for management reporting purposes even after inspections and addresses have been removed.
