Rescheduling an inspection

A new position in the work queue

It sometimes happens that you arrive at a closed door - the person you need to visit is not home and the visit needs to be rescheduled.

Previously, if you closed the questionnaire without completing it, it would sink to the bottom of the work queue.

Not ideal.

We've therefore added a new feature: on the first page of the questionnaire, you can indicate that another visit is needed.

Tap the "New visit" button and confirm with "OK":

Once you select this option, the inspection moves back to the top of the work queue, marked in a different colour (green) so it's immediately clear this is not the first visit. A number (1, 2, 3, etc.) also indicates how many times the inspection has been rescheduled:
