The Montr app includes a number of features that require device permissions - such as taking photos, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, and the emergency button.
To use these features, the app will normally ask for permission to access the camera, microphone, location, and so on through the browser. If you decline, those features will not be available.
Sometimes permission is granted in the browser but the relevant access has been turned off in the phone's general privacy settings, which produces the same result.
If you are having trouble with any of these features, first check the settings of the browser you are using:
