Several smaller updates were rolled out this month.
Sound and animations
You may have noticed the new animation when logging in and loading a new page. We have also introduced a short sound that plays on login and when an inspection or report is successfully completed. When you hear it, you can be confident the sync process at completion has run successfully.
In-app instructions
We already have tooling in place to deliver targeted in-app instructions - for example, pop-up notifications about monthly updates or focused explanations of new features.
Smart questionnaire fix
The result of the "smart questionnaire" feature (for those who had it configured) was previously always shown, even when no scores had been generated - displaying a "0" in the PDF report. This was undesirable and has been corrected on request.
Bug fixes and ChatGPT upgrade
The logging mechanism has been improved to make it easier to track down bugs, and several bug fixes have been carried out. The version of ChatGPT used in the app has also been upgraded to GPT-4o, a significant step forward in performance. This model can also be trained with organisation-specific information to tailor it to your particular area of work.
