We also offer the option to alert your colleagues with a single press of the emergency button. When the alarm is activated, designated colleagues are called simultaneously with a notification that you have triggered an emergency alert, including your location. At the same time they receive a so-called 'flash' SMS with a link to the GPS location of the alert.
This feature is particularly useful when you need to trigger an emergency alert while on the premises — for example in a consultation room. Your colleagues can reach you faster than the police.
The ARC can of course be alerted simultaneously alongside the team alert, so that the police can be notified at the same time. This can be configured per customer.
