We recently introduced a new type of emergency button. This version is rechargeable and can also be worn on the wrist.
The operation is the same: connect via Bluetooth to the emergency button app, and press twice within three seconds to trigger an emergency alert. When the button is connected, the familiar blue light flashes.
What is different? There are two important differences:
- The button does not emit a beep when an emergency alert is successfully sent. Instead it vibrates to notify the user.
- You can easily recharge the button yourself using the supplied charging cable. After approximately 4 weeks the button needs to be charged for around 30 minutes. You will receive an email when charging is required, and a notification will also appear in the app. Additionally the button will flash a red light to indicate it is time to charge.
The button can be worn on a strap like before, but can also be worn on the wrist.
