Your mobile number is important - after an emergency alert is triggered, the Alarm Receiving Centre will call you on this number first.
Have you got a new phone number, or does it need to be updated? No problem. You can update your phone number directly in the app.
To do this, open the Emergency Button app and select Settings in the bottom right corner:
On the Settings page, tap the arrow symbol on the right side of the screen next to My phone number.
You will then be taken to the page where you can update your phone number:
Make your change and tap Yes to confirm. Your phone number has now been updated.
