Sign in to Noodknop with Microsoft

One secure login for the Montr Noodknop App

If your organisation uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), you can sign in to the Montr Emergency Button app using your existing work account.

That means:

  • No separate Montr password to remember.

  • Secure login using your Microsoft credentials.

  • Faster access to the app.

How does it work?

  1. Open the Noodknop mobile app login page.

  2. Click Sign in with Microsoft that will prompt you with a confirmation screen:

  3. Pick your work account:

  4. Enter your password:

  5. Choose whether you prefer to stay signed in:

  6. Once you're signed in, you can immediately start using the app as usual.

Depending of your organisation, you may be asked to accept the Single-Sign On permissions during your first log in.

If your organisation has enabled this feature and you experience any issues signing in, please contact your internal IT department.

Troubleshooting

  • “No tenant is configured for this Microsoft organization.”
Montr has not (yet) registered your Tenant ID - contact your IT administrator to check if you sent the Tenant ID (a GUID), not your domain name.

  • “No backoffice user was found for this Microsoft account.”
The Microsoft account's email does not match any Emergency Button account - contact your administrator to verify the email addresses in backoffice.

  • “Tenant and user assignment do not match for Microsoft sign-in.”
The account exists but belongs to a different organization in the Emergency Button system - contact your administrator.

  • Consent screen says “Need admin approval”.
Your organization requires admin approval for new applications - contact your IT administrator.

  • “Microsoft sign-in could not verify ownership of the account email.”
The account's email domain is not a verified domain of your organization, or it is a guest account. Sign in with a member account on your verified domain.
