To trigger an emergency alert, press the emergency button twice in quick succession.

Use the following rule: press twice within two seconds.
Once you hear a beep after pressing (turn on the video sound), this confirms that the emergency alert has been successfully received by the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The beep is only emitted by the button once our system has received confirmation from the ARC that the alert has been successfully received and will be handled by an operator.
If you do not hear a beep within a few seconds, press the button twice in quick succession again.
The emergency button must of course be connected to the emergency button app in order to send the alert. If the blue light on the emergency button flashes periodically, the button is connected to the app.
