Active GPS tracking after an alert
After an emergency alert is sent, the app will continue sending your GPS location to the alarm centre every minute. This continues until you cancel the alert in the app. This setting is not enabled by default and can be activated on request.
Flash SMS
All important SMS messages are now sent as flash SMS. A flash SMS appears large on the screen of the recipient's device and must be actively dismissed.
This is particularly relevant for the team alarm feature, where all colleagues receive a notification when you trigger the emergency button - by phone call and by SMS including your GPS location. These important messages are now sent as flash SMS.

Note that whether you receive our SMS messages as flash SMS depends on your mobile operator. We send them as flash SMS as standard, but delivery format may vary.
