When an emergency alert is sent successfully, the emergency button plays an audible signal. But what does it sound like? During a practice alarm, the sound does not play - so you may never have heard it.
You can now press the "Play sound" button under "My emergency button" in the app to make the button play its alert sound. The emergency button and app must be connected for this to work.
This feature is also useful if the button is connected but has slipped under a bag or a pile of papers and you cannot find it - simply trigger the sound to locate it.
