"I'm sure the password is correct!" But you're still getting an error - frustrating. In some cases, though, there's a straightforward explanation.
Check the following:
The username is also case-sensitive. Your browser may automatically capitalise the first letter without you noticing, which then causes a login error.
Watch out for auto-fill. Password managers or browsers can sometimes alter the password after you've entered it - including after the SMS code has already been sent. You can easily check what was actually entered by clicking the eye icon to the right of the password field.

When you get an error, always check for a capital letter in the username and verify the password using the eye icon.
If you enter an incorrect password five times in a row, your account will be locked for 5 minutes.
When you get an error, check the above first. We also recommend saving your password in a password manager to avoid this problem in the future.
You can also avoid password issues altogether by using our Single Sign-On feature, which lets you log in with your organisation's existing email address and password.
