With this update we have integrated tooling into the app that allows us to send targeted, action-specific communications to employees. Some examples:
If an employee has not logged into the emergency button app for more than six weeks, they receive a reminder asking them to log back in. These messages continue until they have done so.
It is important to stay familiar with the emergency button - which is why we recommend completing a practice alarm periodically. If an employee has not done so in more than six months, they receive a reminder.
As an employer, you may also want to periodically remind employees of specific agreements around safe working. This can now be automated - set it up once and it runs itself.
These are just a few examples. We are happy to configure this together with you. The screenshot below shows how we set this up using action flows that are triggered by specific events.
