The emergency button is not only used during home visits. It is also used at fixed meeting locations. These "fixed locations" are entered into the system once and can then be quickly selected in the app by all users. Combined with the team alarm, this is particularly effective - when an alert is triggered, both the alarm centre and colleagues are notified immediately.
The emergency button is also used during covert work such as surveillance or fraud investigations, often carried out from specific vehicles. In the event of an alert, it is very useful to be able to indicate which vehicle the user is in. In addition to the vehicle details, the reporter's personal information and GPS location are of course also sent with the alert.
To use this, select the address option - you will then be offered the choice to enter a postcode, type or dictate an address directly, or (where fixed locations have been set up) select from the list of fixed locations, which can now also include vehicles.
