We all manage a growing number of passwords and login credentials - no surprise that we occasionally forget one. Previously, you had to contact Montr to reset your password for the emergency button app.
That is no longer necessary. With the updated login screen, we have also added a self-service password reset.
It is simple: tap the "Forgot password" link and the recovery process will start.
