One of the great things about the Emergency Button is that the battery never needs to be charged. When the button is not in use it switches itself off automatically. Depending on usage, the battery lasts between four and six months.
When the battery runs out, users can easily replace it themselves - though it helps to have a fresh battery readily available. Montr now offers a supplementary service in which we periodically send new batteries to your organisation's contact person every three months. This ensures you always have replacement batteries available in good time. They are sent to the contact person at the start of each new quarter (the 1st of the month).
The batteries we supply are of professional, guaranteed quality. They are type CR2032 from the Procell Intense brand, known for its professional and high-grade industrial quality.
Depending on the quantity ordered, the following costs apply:
Per blister pack of 5 batteries: €5.99 excl. VAT
One-off per shipment: €7.95 excl. VAT (shipping and order costs)
This service is invoiced annually. You can cancel it at any time with one quarter's notice. We automatically adjust quantities based on user changes.

Do your colleagues use the emergency button less frequently? We can also send new batteries every six months. In that case, please remind your colleagues to store the emergency button somewhere it will not move. The button contains a motion sensor - if it detects no movement for more than 24 hours it will switch itself off automatically, which significantly extends the battery life. As soon as you pick up the button it will turn back on!
