After logging in to your account and being on the Home Screen of the app, you will need to click on the "Create Investigation" button.
2. Enter the name of your Investigation in the related "Name" field
3. Choose the needed "Inspection Target" from the presented options
4. Choose the needed "Questionnaire" from the presented options and click the "Create Investigation" button:
