Where to begin?
Log in to the app and open the Investigations page.
How do you create an investigation yourself?
Click on the “Create investigation” button.
Enter the name of the investigation and select the relevant work process (project) from the list.
Select the required address (inspection target) from the list or create a new address.
Select the desired questionnaire from the list.
The options “scheduled date and time” and “self inspection” are optional and can be skipped.
Click on the blue “Create investigation” button.
⚠️ Is the “Create report” button still grayed out? This means that you have not yet selected any of the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk above.
