Rescheduling visits, analysis of all completed questions, admin environment

In addition to routine maintenance, monthly security updates, and general improvements, several new features have been added to the app this month.


Questionnaire export

A full export of all multiple-choice answers across all inspections is now available. See the Management reports article for full details.

This is a new addition to the management reports section. An Excel or CSV file can be generated showing all answers per inspection, along with a cumulative summary of how often each answer was selected for each question. This gives qualitative insight into which question-answer combinations are being recorded. An example export per questionnaire:

Rescheduling inspections

It sometimes happens that nobody is home when a visit is made and the inspection needs to be rescheduled. This is explained in detail in this Help Center article.

When a new visit is needed, the inspection would previously sink to the bottom of the work queue as new inspections were added. It can now be moved back to the top instead, shown in a different colour to indicate a repeat visit, with a number indicating how many times the visit has been rescheduled.


After starting an inspection, the option to reschedule it (date is optional) is available in the summary view, alongside the option to reassign it to a colleague.


New admin guide

A new comprehensive guide has been added for administrators, walking through all features of the application step by step and explaining how to configure it for your organisation.


The link to the guide is shown in the bottom right of the admin environment, next to the chat box.
